Hi. Nowadays, when I try logging into my Three broadband account, I get an very unhelpful "Oops, couldn't find that page" or something along those lines. It's been like this for 6-9 months. My mobile phone account is still accessible though. As a result I have no way of checking my monthly statements, or even my broadband usage. Does anyone know what I need to do to get this re-activated?

Hello. Excuse the delay in responding, only just seen this. I'd like to PM you but for the life of me can't see any option to do so! Maybe it's cos you're offline?!?!?
