I'm in Spain and can't access any network service. I phoned tech support and they checked settings but still no joy. It's disastrous!

If you search for a network, what options do you see? Has your phone ever worked abroad before?

Yes always worked before. When I search I get list of networks all labelled 'forbidden' except Vodafone which is 'current'. When I try Vodafone it says 'cannot register'.

Still no joy. Looks like three can't activate roaming and I'm left with no network service.

Hi @Anonymous, your account here is set up correctly for roaming, and you mentioned that you were able to roam 3 weeks ago in another country. Unfortunately it looks like the issue could be on your SIM or phone. 

 

If you get the opportunity to try your SIM in another phone then that would be very helpful.
