@Ciaramc Okay in that case I'm 100% right. It's not this issue. What ha happened to you is. Your plan ran out and you used data which was then charged. You topped up and these texts tend to come after you've topped up. The date on them is from when you first used your phone for something not included in the plan like if you called a Vodafone customer or a bank. It's a backwards text, should be gotten rid of but your My3 will show you the correct amount of credit that you used. Again it's not the issue that was confirmed on this topic by Three. This is something that happens if your plan expires and you use data at 1.01 euro for EACH mb. There's no point in pm'ing the mods because your credit was taken by your phone using data. Feel free to though if you want official 3 to confirm. @Three_Deborah1 seems to be the Mod here today.
