I opted to not take the new regulations and got out of my bill contract, which was for €40/ month I believe (not sure).
I decided since I do not travel much, I didn't want to pay extra and went to SIM only for €20/month - I understood it would take one month to come in to play but my latest bill for APR is still as if it was bill pay - can you confirm my account has been changed & refunded if needed.
