Hi, I was trying to logon to webtext. I used my original pin and asked for it to ge resent. Both say just contact customer care as there is a problem with my account. Can anyone help?

Not only can I not use webtext for TWO WEEKS now with no help or feedback I'm now locked out of my account.

Anyone at 3, is there an update on this? Your PM to me a said it was being worked on and that was 10 days ago. Is there a fix time?
