Urgent query

Im having an issue which ive been told is to do with my ISP which is yourselves. Myself and 4 friends are building a website and they can access it ok (they are based in uk, Scotland, Australia and india) but i cannot see website here as its saying ssl protocol error. I was onto GoDaddy yesterday who ran series of tests and they said its our ISP who is blocking this.

I can access the site through a VPN but not through any form of browser

Can anyone assist me with this

You might need to get the adult restriction lifted on your account
