I've just seen I qualify for upgrade.
I'm on bill pay with you,
But the plan I'm on is a 30 day sim only plan,
What should I do should I avail of the upgrade.

Hi there 👋 If you're eligible for an upgrade on the SIM Only plan, it means you can move your number onto a new Bill Pay account on any of these plans and buy a new phone! You can check out all the phones you can choose from on our website here If you decide you'd like to upgrade, just let me know and I can help you decide which phone to go for and put through the order for you 😊 Aoife
