Hello I'm a 3 customer and currently due an upgrade on January 30th. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances my phone has broken. Obviously, it would be extremely ridiculous to purchase a phone this close to to upgrade date. I was wondering would there be any possibilities of obtaining an early upgrade. I hope to hear from you soon

Yes, you should be able to get an early upgrade

Hi @Martinakav, you can upgrade early in the last 3 months of your contract. That is the earliest we can put through an upgrade 👍
