Upgrade

Hi, I ordered an upgrade yesterday through your online chat facility and got an email to confirm the order. The email states that for orders confirmed before 4pm they will be delivered the following day. However when I check the tracking it just says order approved. Can you check to see when it will be dispatched/delivered? Thanks, Anne
