Suspended Service

I was warned that my account would be suspended after I froze the debit card linked to my account and was unable to pay a bill. Before my account was suspended I paid the bill using a separate credit card - I have been charged for the payment but still haven't been reconnected. It is quite a big issue as I am currently traveling in Europe and so internet connection is quite important for various organizational reasons.

In addition to this, I have now seen that I have been charge twice for the overdue bill - please get in touch about this as soon as possible
