Still getting terrible download speeds.


Once again, another post about the terrible speeds I receive on Three mobile broadband. Less then 1Mbps most of the time. The thing is, my router always has full bars now, but on my devices it is barely usable. Is this a problem with my router?

Hi @maryfarrelly 👋 If that's the speeds your getting and its also showing full bars, this may possibly indicate a fault with the device itself. Do you know how long you have it? Can you send me a PM with your broadband number, address and date of birth and I can check it out for you here? Susan
