Slow mobile internet Cork

Anonymous
The issue happens everywhere i go.
Same problems with my sim in another two phones i own.
Can't load the webpages, gmail, youtube etc.
It does happen on 2G, 3G and 4G
I noticed it 2 days ago.
The issue is permanent.
I use Sony Xperia Z3 D6603 with latest android software.
I turned off and on my phone (didn't help)
Updated internet settings (didn't help)
Restored factory settings (didn't help)
Fixed the software using PC companion(didn't help)
Finally went to the three store for sim replacement and still have the problems.
Don't know what else can i do to sort it out.
Any ideas?
Thanks

I did select Lte but still the same. I can see 4G above the signal indicator all the time but it still works extremely slow.
