Hi Three

 

I recently switched from an Open 24th (legacy O2 / platinum upgrade) to a Sim Bill pay only plan (30 day unlimited Data) and have noticed that the payment options on the account are set to 'Direct Debit' 

Could I change this to manual payment, as per my previous plan's settings please?

I'll PM my account & number details if needs be
