Hi, hope someone will help me this is so frustrating...I'm whaiting for my proof of usage but they keep telling me you will recive it tomorrow and the next day they told me the same... I ask for that proof in 2nd of December and now is 7th evening....because of that I can't do my claim...what shoul I do?

I needed one for insurance company. Very annoying. They work off working days so I'd wait until Monday then if you haven't received it by then PM the mods here

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to get proof of purchase for my Iphone 7 plus which I have been stolen today at Primark in Oxford Street in London!!

 

I've callen Three customers but no answer as is week end so can't seem to get what I'm looking for! Please if you could help me for my insurance to have the proof of usage from 20th of November 2018 til 8 of May 2019 as they are requiring the old proof of usage with the name of my sister (who registered for a pay easy go sim card) and my new one with contract with Voxi.

Police is aware but please provide email to send details as it is dangerous all the information and personal details were in the same stolen bag!

 

 

 

The problem here is that it does not state the date of purchase of the device, only the start date of the sim card pay easy go. Insurance need something that specifically states the date of purchase.

 

I only have a certain amount of time in which to process this claim under the terms & conditions of my policy. The delays I'm experiencing with trying to get the correct information are putting that deadline at risk. If I can't get this sorted out tomorrow I will not be able to make the claim for my phone!

 

Please can you help me???

@LAARIF send a pm with your phone nimber, address and date of birth and imei to the mods here so they can get that for you. Surely you can claim without a proof of purchase and just send that to them.after you've submitted it?
