I need help I'm having the same problem, I keep being told that my proof of usage would be emailed to me withing 72 hour of blacklisting my phone. I've waited and then I was told it will be emailed to me within 2 hours. I waited 3 hours just to be safe and still received nothing.
My insurance company need proof of usage so they can process my claim. Can somebody help me

Ah, you'll need to contact 3UK. This is a Community for 3Ireland customers and I don't have access to UK systems to help you.
