Bought this in your 3 retail store, Ballina, Co. Mayo on 23/6/18. The connector broke off it so I returned to the store today to exchange it. Was referred to the manager as the sales assistant “got in trouble with manager for exchanging faulty Otterbox charger before”. Waited to see manager & was told that they don’t deal with faulty Otterbox products so I should contact Otterbox online and follow their instructions. Did that. Specifically asks where product was purchased and I chose from the drop down menu ‘retail store’. Solution shows in red writing “please return to place of purchase to claim your warranty replacement”. Your Ballina store refused. Customer service non existent. Btw, this is my nearest store @ 50 km away. Not impressed at all.
