Not able to purchase Calls and Text UK add-on online

I recently moved from an SIM-only account to a full bill-pay account (purchasing a new phone on contract too)

 

I just realised that the Calls and Text UK add-on is missing from the "new" account and I'm unable to purchase the add as it is not listed on the Buy Add-ons page.

 

Is it still available? I can see it listed in the latest price guide https://www.three.ie/pdf/20190809_Price_Guide%20v2.4.pdf
