No Rural Cork Coverage? Signal Disappears

Hi We are living in Currabeha Fermoy,Co.Cork, according to the coverage map we should be getting 4G indoors and outdoors, however for the last few nights we are barely getting 0.5 mb download, we have 5 devices in the house all on 3 and all getting the same slow internet. Also every night at 9.30 we all lose internet connection for at least 2 hours, can you tell me if something goes on at the mast that would cause this? Is there anyway to improve it? I have a work phone from Vodafone which gets 4G no problems and works as expected. Can you tell me what is happening other you will be losing 5 customers.
