I tried as same as this site is saying. Was it correct? Is this the 3internet apn setting you mentioned?

Those details are for Three UK. You can find our APN settings here - http://bit.ly/1m08ndF. These settings are applicable to Android and iPhones.

It's the same as my former setting and not working of course.

Ok it's the time to give up anyway... I need data roaming. That's pity. I wonder is there anyone who could solve this issue...?

I have a feeling its down to iOS and Three, if you had an android phone I think changing the apn restarting the phone would work for you.

BTW if you changed the apn did you restart the phone?

3 don’t have roaming agreement in Finland with any of local operators.

You need to purchase a SIM card in Finland & use this

Calls and texts are working, so it's only for data it's an issue with the apn that your using to connect to.
