I've lost my SIM card from 3 and I would like to close my Bill Pay account and move my number to Lycamobile.
What Should I do and Where Should I start?

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear about your SIM card! You'll need a new replacement SIM card to activate your 3 number on, even if it's for moving from 3 to Lycamobile as you need to receive verification codes to this number before you can move to a new provider.
