I am writing about my bill which was increased during the last few months without my consent. I am not happy about this as my consumer rights have been violated. Something has to be done about this or I will be in contact with the Consumer protection Commission. Please get back to me as soon as possible with an explanation and a solution.
I want an answer today, I have already sent numerous emails to the three reps and have not heard anything back. This is unacceptable, if you wish to keep me as a customer then I want a response asap!!!!
