Incorrect bills

I transferred from ID in April onto a 3 contract which was €30 for the 1st 2 months then €5 per month after that. But I've now been charged 30 for 4 months. Been into the live web chat twice but keep being told that customer service will be onto me but have heard nothing. Help!
