Contract change march 2019

Hi,

I'm new to this community so forgive me if I'm not following protocol etc.

My question is whether the contract changes notified by 3 by text message on 8/4/19 entitle a billpay customer to terminate their contract? @Three_Rachel

Hi @vivianoc we are not offering customers a right to exit their contract on the basis of these positive changes which are exclusively to benefit our customers and are as a result of EU regulation. Thanks'
