Charges Errors - what is going on?

Yesterday at 11.09am I received a text saying I had reached 80% of my roaming data limit.

I got another shortly after saying I had reached my roaming data limit.

How can I be be roaming when I haven't set foot outside my town?!
I thought the text was sent in error but then yesterday evening I got home and at around 6.00pm I got another text saying I had spent €42.71 on internet services! AND.... another followed to say I had spent €61.49!!!
I logged into my account and sure enough, my bill amount is €61.49....

I want this taken off the bill, it's a disgrace.
What are you going to do about it, three?
