Change Bill Pay Price Plan

Anonymous

Hi, I am currently on a 24 month contract on the Classic Flex Max plan. I am not due an upgrade until Jan 2017, and my current handset (iphone 4s) is working slowly and I can not access many wifi areas when abroad due to only having 3G. If I upgraded my price plan to Unlimited Flex, would it be also possible to upgrade my handset or is there any other way I can upgrade my handset only?? Thanks

Hi Marmot, unfortunately the earliest we can bring an upgrade forward is 4 months before your contract ends. You can pop back to us in September and we'll be able to get this sorted for you.  Rachel

Hi @Forget9ful99, you'll be able to keep the same number. Give our upgrades team a call on 1913 and they'll be able to tell you whats available for you 👍

I know, but if your moving to BillPay your eligible for an upgrade.

So you might as well avail of it and get something for "free"
