Cancelling mobile broadband contract

Hello,

I signed up for the SIM only mobile broadband plan in November last year, but the connection is so poor that it's not really useful.

I was wondering if someone could help me cancel my contract?

Pretty sure they have to check the service before any help with cancelling. Have you sent a PM or spoken to anyone?
