I've had a policy for my mobile phone with Pier insurance for about 5 years and I've recently tried to cancel but I've had no luck getting through to them.
I have emailed and called them but have received no reply back. Is there any help that Three can offer?

I emailed them at firstname.lastname@example.org
I haven't been able to speak with them but I do have the policy number.
