I’ve just reached the end of my bill pay contract with 3 and I’ve moved to Virgin Mobile. Due to a delay in delivering the new SIM card my contract has ended and my 3 SIM and the number associated with it have just been deactivated. Is there any way of getting the number back?
@barryjg I had something similar happen last year and the only way to get your number back is to get a new prepay sim card then send the mods here a PM with the cancelled number and the prepay number. You can also do it with chat team or 1913. I used the chat team. When you do that your number is moved to the prepay sim and can be moved to virgin then.
Im pretty sure that's the only option, from what I remember.
