Business Care is exceptionally poor with "three"

Cannot get anyone in business care to act as account manager, they have all left??

Sheena, our business care contact left three approx 2 months and since then we have contacted "three"  a number of times to speak with our replacement  (by email and by phone). We are still awaiting a call back and when you ring business care they cannot even tell you who the contact is??  I get the same answer each time " We will get them to ring you ASAP"  . It leads me to the following conclusions  1/ The person does not exist  2/ The person could not be bothered ringing me back!  Our company has 25 phones and when "three" had an fault on the network in Limerick on Monday evening all our phones went down for 2 hours!  No contact still from the busy people in Business Care or sorry Business "Careless"
