Bill pay deposit

I just purchased a bill pay phone today and it is asking me to make a deposit before the order is processed. how do i go about making this deposit?

Hi @Anonymous, give 1913 a call and they can process it for you over the phone.

If you call customer care on 1913 and just quote them with your order number then they can process the deposit payment for you.
