Bill increase

Just received my bill to find that it's been increased by €5, I was NOT notified I called three to be told that despite not receiving any letter to inform me of this increase that I am out of the time frame to cancel my contract!! I've been a loyal customer for 6 years to say I'm outraged is an understatement!!

Hi Melissa, in early March we notified our customers about changes to their contracts. There was a 30 day window in which to contact us to discuss these changes. This has now closed. If you need help with anything else let me know.
