I paid my bill by card on my3 the day I got the email to say it was available. The transaction shows on my account on 20/12/2017 for €30.27. However, I was charged today (02/01/2018) for that same bill even though it was cleared. Will I be refunded for this or does it go against my next bill?
I honestly don't think that you should be giving people an option to pay online when you are going to just charge them by direct debit anyways. I have done this previously and never been charged a second time so I'd like to know why you did it this time? If there wasn't enough time to stop a direct debit you shouldn't be giving people the option to pay online.
Please confirm how this is going to be rectified - refund or against my next bill.
