Bill Pay to Pre Pay


My bill pay contract is now out of force and I'd like to switch to pre pay.

Can someone help me get the ball rolling?

@germcgauley Hi Ger, how are you today? By any chance have you gotten a Prepay SIM card? To move from Bill to Prepay, you need to buy our All You Can Eat Data SIM card. You'll get a temporary number with this. You'll need to make a quick call to fully activate it on the system, then contact us here in PM with the details of your Billpay account and new Prepay number. With all this, we can move your number over 👍 


At Three we are updating our systems to make your 3Community experience even better. From Friday the 24th of January, the community will become read-only in preparation for launching a new and improved 3Community later this year
