I am wanting to change the date and account my direct debits are taken. Can you confirm who to contact on this?
You'll need to call either 1913 or 083 333 3333 and they can sort this for you. We can't take bank details online 👍

Hi, it's actually both. Want to change the account the DD is taken from and the date is taken if possible
