Bill Increase

I signed a contract last November to pay €50 every month for unlimited calls and data. My bill this month was €78. I was not notified of this increase and would not have signed a contract if I knew I was going to be charged €78. I need to cancel, this is so disappointing.

Hi Fifi, in early March, we notified our customers about changes to their contracts. There was a 30 day window in which to contact us to discuss these changes. The notification period has now expired. 

 

You can view your bills here in My3 here. Go to ‘billing and payments > View your previous bills’. To see why your bill is higher than usual.

I can't remember getting any notification. What a sneaky way to keep customers. Its not a clever marketing move as the minute my contact expires, I will change and never be a three customer again. I will also tell as many people as possible. You lose in the long run.
