I'm a little confused about this whole Static IP issue.
I have just come off the phone with one of your colleagues in 'Head Office' and she confirmed to me that Three are unable to supply a static IP address on a private IP. With all this conflicting information I am not sure who to believe anymore.
I have a client who has been passed from pillar to post with many different broadband providers so I eventually put in a Three PAYG SIM to test. They are happy with the service but they run a DSL connection for the static IP as they have a web ordering system which requires same. The DSL line has been offline for the last week which is how they were operating before.
Anyway, I need to know if you are indeed able to provide a static IP address for this same purpose on a Three 4G billpay connection, and if so, how does my client go about getting this setup?
