Service Issue - 24/04/2015

Hi,

 

Some customers may be experiencing issues with service at the moment. We're working to resolve this asap and apologise for the inconvenience.

 

UPDATE:

The service issues experienced by some customers yesterday have now been resolved (at approx 8.30pm). The issues arose as a result of unauthorised work carried out by BT on the BT transmission network which is used by Three. Three will carry out a full review of BT’s operating procedures in the coming days.

 

We would like to thank those affected for their patience and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
