Prepay customers won’t be able to top up or use My3 services to check usage. Premium rate services, roaming and international calls from Ireland will also be unavailable.
Bill Pay customers won’t be able to use My3 to check their usage, view account details or make payments during this time. Premium rate services will also be unavailable.
Broadband customers won’t be able to check their usage using My3, top up or make payments.
If you're running low on credit or need to renew your 30 day promotion, we recommend topping up in advance of this work to avoid any disruption in service.
