Hi

I emailed my imei code the other day in order to get my phone unlocked and got an email back from them saying that the imei I have sent does not match the code that is saved to my account. I dont know why this is I prefer ordered my phone from your website samsung galaxy s6 edge so the imei should be attached to my account. Can anyone shed some light on this ?

Just an update for people who might have been following. They did not have an unlock code for my phone in their system (galaxy s6 edge) but they contacted samsung directly to get it for me. Took a bit of time but I got a message every couple of days telling me what was happening and that I wasn't forgotten about.
