Are you having issues receiving verification messages from Bank of Ireland? Has this always been the way or just recently? Can you send me a PM with your mobile number, address and date of birth along with your full name so I can take a closer look at this for you?

It's Bank of Ireland. It's never worked. I checked with them and they suggested it was filtered by Three. Where can I PM my personal details to you?
