My webtext allocation ended on 10Jan, it is now showing expiry of 09Feb but no text allocation has been given so I cannot send webtext. 1913 cannot help. Anyone help please??

Hi Mags, can you PM me with your mobile number and I'll check on your account. Can you also let me know do you get an error message when you try to send a text?
Thank you - number is xxx xxxxxxx. My 500 bundle expired on 10Jan with just 1 text left, new expiry of 09Feb is showing but no allocation of messages, so it will not allow me to send, am really anxious to solve this problem
