Hi there,

I'm having trouble with 3Plus , when I enter my number and password it's saying I'm not registered but then when I click to register it says my email is already registered with 3 plus?? I changed my phone from pre pay to bill earlier this year but kept my number, would this be part of the problem?

@Neelie It could be. I can unregister the email that you registered with 3Plus and then you can register again. Can  you send me your email address, number, name, address and date of birth? I'll validate your account and make the changes. Thanks'
