Hi Reps, Is there a problem with 3Plus at the moment? I haven't been able to login since last week. I have tried resetting the password but I get the following message:
"That didn't seem right. Please re-enter you (SIC) PIN."
Re-entering the PIN has no effect.
I been on to Customer Support via Chat & 1913 but have failed to solve the problem. Two accounts affected.

@cwn Can you send me on the phone numbers affected please and your full name, address and date of birth? With this, I'll be able to follow up with our 3Plus tech team. Will you send a screenshot of the error you're getting, I'd like to pass this on too to get it corrected. ( Thanks for flagging it with me)

I've responded to it 👍 I sent the reply 40 minutes ago. I'm guessing you haven't received it yet. I'll try again.
