Hi Ar14 👋 Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling again? Can you also clear your cache/cookies and try to log in again?

@SlemkNah not a virus issue. Sounds like something is interfering with it like a setting on the phone. Is the phone Irish? The app is and it only works if phone zone is Irish
