To get started, you’ll need to login or register, which you can do here. Remember when you’re choosing your username to choose something unique that doesn’t have any personal information in it. If you choose your mobile number or real name as your username, then everyone can see it when you login or post on the Community.
Next you can choose your avatar (or profile picture) from our selection, something to show off your personality!
Looking for an answer – on a computer
If you have a question you’d like to ask or find an answer to, the best place to start is the search bar at the top of every page. Simply type in your question like you would into Google, and click Search or press Enter.
Looking for an answer – on a phone
If you want to search for an answer to your question on your phone, tap the search icon at the top left and a search bar will appear.
Joining a Conversation
As a member of the Community you can join in on the conversation. On the homepage simply scroll down on your mobile or on a computer to see the different sections available.
Phones – If you’re stuck for settings, need advice when getting a new phone or just want to chat about the latest gadgets, then you should take a look at the Phones section.
The Hub – Want to know what's happening at Three? Pop over to the Welcome & Announcements section. The Living Room is where we all hang out, chatting about TV, movies, holiday’s – basically anything and everything! And if you have a suggestion on how we can do better, then the Suggestions board is the place for you.
Newsfeed – Our Newsfeed Blog is jam packed with fun tidbits, new phone launch information and how to get the best apps. It features The Week in Tech, a weekly roundup of what's happening in the world of tech.
3MadeEasy – We’re all about making things simple, and here our Mods share their advice and tips on solving the questions we get asked the most. This is 3MadeEasy.

Huzzah, you’ve found the answer you needed! Now you can say thanks to the poster by clicking the Like button, and you can accept that post as the answer to your query. Now anyone else having the same issue, will know that this is the right way to fix it.
