Does my Credit ever Expire?
When you top up your account, your credit will remain active and on your balance for 180 days (approx 6 months) from the date you topped up and each top up has its own 180-day expiry timeframe. Every time you use that credit you get 180 days from the time you used it.
Here is an example to help explain this - if you top up today by €20 then from today you have 180 days to use that credit whether it's on calls, texts or buy apps on Google Play. If you make a chargeable call your 180 days starts from that time.
Here's a scenario - If you top up by €20 on the 1st of February and continued to top up each month for 6 months. you would have a balance of €120 of credit built up. However, if you didn't use your credit to make any chargeable calls then 180 days after the 1st of February your first €20 top-up will expire. You'll be left with €100 credit on your balance.
