If you're new to these parts, I've put together this handy guide on how to get started.

Search is the quickest way to locate the information you’re after. Use the search box at the top right on desktop or tablet or the search icon on the top left on mobile. If you don’t find what you’re after you can always post your own question.
Prefer to jump straight into the community? Click the pink header at the top of the screen, here you’ll find the entire community at your fingertips.
Had a peek around the community already? If so you’ll no doubt want to join us, just hit Register below and follow the instructions. Don’t worry, you’ll be brought back to this page once you’ve finished.
To fully use the community you’ll need to verify your email address. Check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received the verification email after 1 hour.
Choose your profile pic or avatar to show off your personality. You can change this as often as you like!
All our discussion boards are open for you to ask questions, share your thoughts, and help others. My Account, Phones and The Living Room/Suggestions within The Hub board are open so you can join the conversations. You can see these boards in the pink Index at the top of the page.
Once you’ve found a discussion board you’re interested in, just hit the pink ‘New Topic’ button to start a conversation with the community.
For example, if you want to start a topic on an account related query and you're a Prepay customer you can select "My Account" and then "Prepay" you'll then notice the pink "New Topic" button at the top of the page.
Or if you have anything you’d like to add to an existing conversation, simply click the pink ‘Reply’ button to add your thoughts.
New members must post publicly before PMs are activated. We like to do our bit to keep conversations open and in places where other members can see and take part.
If you want to send a notification to another community member you can tag them on your topic or on your reply to a topic. This goes for Three Moderators as well! Our mods are @Three_Mairead @Three_Susan @Three_Shauna @Three_Deborah1 @Three_Keith and for me it's @Three_Rachel
You’ll be able to find all your questions and comments on your profile page, and it is here that other members can also see information about you such as your posts, likes and solutions.
You can like any of the posts or blogs around the community by any of our members. It’s like a virtual high five for something you agree with or a way to say thanks for the help you’ve received!
If you started your own topic and your question has been answered, you can accept that answer as the solution. This helps others find answers to questions they have, and it also gives the person who answered your question a little boost in their ranking.
If a member of staff has asked you to send them a PM or private message, you can find the link to do this in their signature. You can also go to your inbox by clicking Private Messages at the top of the page, where you can see received and sent messages, and compose a new message.
