Sim activation Problem

Hi I recently bought an iPhone and had to activate a new SIM card as my old SIM card was too big for it. I activated a new SIM card on activate my sim and I was told that it would be registered within 24 hours. It's been way over 24 hours by now and I still have no service on my phone and the SIM card still doesn't seem to be registered. Would you mind helping me with this problem please ?

I received a new Three SIM card (4G) for activation, once my network is not working properly. After following all steps for activation on Three website, I received a MSM from Three with the following:

"From Three: SIM Activation failed. The information provided doesn't match our system. Please click here www.three.ie/cg to live chat with our support team."

I wonder if someone could please help me with this issue. Thank you in advance.
