I received a new Three SIM card (4G) for activation, once my network is not working properly. After following all steps for activation on Three website, I received a MSM from Three with the following:
"From Three: SIM Activation failed. The information provided doesn't match our system. Please click here www.three.ie/cg to live chat with our support team."
I wonder if someone could please help me with this issue. Thank you in advance.
