Sim Activation

Hello, 

 

I tried to activate my new sim the other day but received an email saying that the information I provided you with does not match what you have on your system. The email recommended getting onto the 3 support team, so I'm wondering if you can help me as I'm not sure what I have done wrong and desperately need my phone up and running ASAP. Thank you.

Hi i am having the same problem. Im trying to sell my phone but its locked onto 3, ive tried filling out the form for an unlock code TWICE and it says that the information does not match with what they have on the system??

Hi Gabriela, can you send me a PM with your number, name, address and date of birth plus the IMEI of the phone? You can get this by dialling *#06# from the phone. I will also need the make and model of the phone. I'll check this out and see what's after happening.
