I tried to activate my new sim the other day but received an email saying that the information I provided you with does not match what you have on your system. The email recommended getting onto the 3 support team, so I'm wondering if you can help me as I'm not sure what I have done wrong and desperately need my phone up and running ASAP. Thank you.

Hi Gabriela, can you send me a PM with your number, name, address and date of birth plus the IMEI of the phone? You can get this by dialling *#06# from the phone. I will also need the make and model of the phone. I'll check this out and see what's after happening.
