No - it's a family member.
I spoke to someone from Three's technical services team today who was of the opinion that that EE are not routing SMS messages correctly onto Three's network.
I have to say I'm not convinced

I have exactly the same problem. Scottish family member on EE network, spent an hour in one of their stores in Scotland last week. Eventually EE said that 3 are not passing her SMS messages on.
Have been texting her for years with no problems at all. This only started since 3 took over my account from O2.
Help!! Have you gotten to the bottom of the issue?
It is very worrying to think that my aging mother-in-law cannot get a text message through to me....
